If an item is in stock, we send out the next working day or two days after payment confirmation. • The Essence bag is usually sent out the next working day. For a custom color, it takes 3 working days •Made-to-order(Pre Order) products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed. This is because, the order goes straight to the factory and each pair is made specifically for the client ordering. However please note that, •All custom colors take 3 to 4 days to stock •Delivery outside Nigeria takes 5 to 6 working days •Delivery within Lagos takes 24 to 48 hours. Kindly report failed delivery if your item isn't delivered within this time. •Delivery outside Lagos takes 2 to 4 working days and can also be extended if it's a forwarding area.

We offer same-day delivery in case you want to get your order as fast as possible. Please note that express delivery will cost a little extra compared to other shipping methods.

We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions of 2 working days within Lagos and 4 working days outside Lagos.
